Name
Dr Catherine Scott
About
Cat recently completed her PhD (The biogeochemical impacts of forests and the implications for climate-change mitigation) at the University of Leeds. For this work, Cat used a global aerosol microphysics model (GLOMAP) to simulate the impact of biogenic secondary organic aerosol (formed from natural compounds emitted by vegetation) on the climate. Cat is now a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, working with on the NERC funded project: "Developing a framework to test the sensitivity of atmospheric composition simulated by Earth System Models (ESMs) to changing climate and emissions".
